No feedback on funeral claim!!!!

I haven't received any feedback regarding my claim, every time I call in someone tells me they will escalate my matter to the assessors, this is ridiculous as on Tuesday when I submitted the requested documents the consultant said 24 to 48 working hours it is almost 72 hours I urgently need payment as I need to pay the undertakes as my husband's funeral is this coming Saturday. I am so annoyed and stressed this is the time I am supposed to be mourning yet I have to run after you guys. I need feedback a.s.a.p
