No feedback on ***** case reported

In December I along with other people got ****med out of R5200 via a Town House rental. A SAPS case was opened and we also reported the matter to FNB's ***** department as the *********** had an account with the bank. We were all told to send our affidavits as well as proof that we paid money into the account to FNB which was done. A gentleman by the name of Mathew was apparently handling the investigation for FNB, To date we have not received any feedback nor refunds and now are left to wonder if her account was really frozen as was said or if we were just told that as people have seen this woman around spending money. None of us can approach her as there is an ongoing ******** case which is also not going anywhere it seems. No one wants to help us. Some of us lost everything and are destitute because of this and this woman is out there enjoying her life.

Please FNB sort this out and give back our money!!!!
