NO FEEDBACK ON FNB ***** CASE
On 21/11/2018 two ********** transactions went through on my FNB cheque account. As soon as the notifications were received I called the relevant department at FNB (call reference number Rj ********** 39010). Both transactions made my account to go into overdraft (which I dont have on my account). The card was cancelled and I was told that an investigation will follow and I will receive feedback within 10-14 working days. After numerous follow ups I was requested to follow up on the following number: ********** 444. After 4 calls and holding on for more than 30 minutes with every call it just say that they are experiencing high call volumes. I am extremely dissatisfied with FNB's ***** dept at this stage. No refund or any feedback has been received up to date.
