No feedback on debit order disputes

I am truy happy with the service of FNB in general, however for the last two months i have been trying to stop and dispute a debit order through the mobile app and nothing happens. The debit order just keeps going off and this os costing me money. I did cancel my contract with the company that is deducting my money, however they are also not getting back to me.
