NO feedback on Debit Card Dispute of R1100 for almost a month

I have been querying 3 exact same online payments that went off my account totaling to more than R1100 for almost a month now without any feedback after they said they will give me feedback via email within 7-10 working days, which then became 30 days, however now they cannot trace my reference number when I query it again. It was mrDelivery payments where mrd did not receive my money, however it went off my account perfectly 3 times, but it is still not reimbursed into my account and NO FEEDBACK was received yet. If they do this with 1000 of their customers, someone just pocketed more than A MILLION RAND! I smell a rat, and I need feedback and my money back!
