No feedback on complaints

I wish I could give 0 stars. I logged several complaints with FNB for an issue that has been going on for 5 years.

I recently posted on Hello Peter and opened a case with the NFO. They contacted me by email to say that they will contact me within 5 business days from the ebucks team, but its now 10 business days and still no response, despite my follow up with them after the 5 business days has lapsed. And an email from "Private & Personal Service Recovery" on 1 October, with no further feedback from them too.

Lies upon lies and absolutely no regard once they realize how much they messed up.

DISRESPECTFUL AND PATHETIC service is what this company gives.
