No feedback on ***** case

DEBIT CARD ***** CASE LOGGED *** Logged case on 09 April 2026 after getting de*****ed more than R5000 due to the poor app security. I did not receive outcome, i did not receive communication of the case and i am told case if finalised but i have no information regarding what investigation was done and what is the outcome and measures to prevent such in future. For a long time client of FNB, i am very close to switching banks, I don’t gain anything from this loyalty.
