No Feedback on ***** CASE

I logged a ***** case where R10000 was taken from my account I call the call center for feedback and an hour on the line there is no answer. , I call on Friday 3 hours holding on phone and secure chat not able to assist, told to follow up again today which i tried, 2 hours on the phone of holding. Please assist.
