NO Feedback on approved FNB Home Loan switch
Good Day, I was offered a free home loan switch by FNB online in December 2018, I went and did the whole application and it was approved.I put in a notice with my current mortgage ban*****il to date I have not received any feedback from FNB Home Loan with regards to the progress of my mortgage.I'm starting to believe that scandal that FNB is biased to black clients.I guess there is no smoke where there is no fire after all, you can only believe something once you have 1st hand experience of it.How can a switch take so long?Why is there no communication?I've called and I was put on hold until I dropped the line.I'm an FNB client yet I'm treated like an outsider.So Disappointed with FNB Home Loan

12 Jun 2019, 13:48To my disappointment Estelle from the FNB appointed attorneys called me few minutes ago and she was clueless with regards to my file to the extend that she even confused me to be one of the FNB staff members talk about putting petrol on the blazing fire.In a nutshell she just confirmed my file was thrown in the bin.Does she even have my file FNB?
