No feedback, Not even a efort made , Money still gone!!!!

No feedback from your department that assisted me .

The call got cut off and did not even bother to contact me back. Its no use even phoning since you keep a person waiting forever and only forward one around to different departments. I lodged a complaint about a missing payment about 3 weeks ago. No one has even bothered to contact me back. I did a EFT/Deposit to your recipient online the "Department of Health" on the 2016/09/07 i have the notification of payment but i have contacted the Department Of Health 2 and they said that they have not received any payment. I have used the same reference ext. Your online details for them are not the same as the one they give a person to pay. Its been about 3 weeks with no feedback. You can contact me when im available at 10:00 /13:00 and at 15:00.

The fact that FNB won't even bother to follow through with the complaint and that the person from your department cant call me back is shocking!!!!!!

I paid the account at Nedbank today instead of EFT via FNB Online. They explained that you have to pay it to the hospital directly and not the Department Of Health since there are so many hospitals but your system just says "public recipient" Department Of Health. They could not trace my payment whatsoever to think i lost my money because FNB did not make something like that clear. I still have not gotten feedback. I want my money back.
