No Feedback Nobody Contact me

On 18 March (today is 9 April) I ordered a mobile phone via FNB. I have not heard anything more YET. (My account was upgraded immediately!) I then lodged a query on the website and got an automated response on 7 April that somebody will contact me within 24 hours (is that 24 WORKING hours? I E 4 days?) I then try to phone the number in the auto-response, but that only allows met to leave a compliment (which you obviously do not deserve) or a complaint. So I am back to square one. <br> <br> So now my questions are: Do I WANT to be with FNB? Am I going to get the mobile phone in this decade? What the hell is going on?<br>
