No Feedback, No Updates, No Contact - FNB

I app**** for my prepaid money on my home loan to be paid back to me. Thus it is not a loan, just paying back to me what I paid in advance.

This was done on 26-02-2021 today is the 08-03-2021 I have emailed, with no response. I have made contact on Facebook and for the last 6 days been told, They will contact you. Nothing yet. I have requested contact numbers with no reply.

FNB What is going on???
