No feedback, No service, No ****s given

I have been with FNB for just about 20 years, I'd say that makes me a loyal customer l, nevertheless, logged a query in December 2024, being going back and forth trying to get my query sorted but to no avail, now it has come to the point where neither of the 5 people that has been helping me are replying and this is including my private banker.

I was approved in December for a service but this service has not happened, and no one can give me answers or clarity and now no acknowledgement either.

Being a brand loyal person I am truly considering moving my accounts from FNB
