No feedback no contact!!!
The lack of feedback and don't care attitude is really appalling!! Lodged complaints, reached out on social media for feedback, NO FEEDBACK FROM ANYONE TO DATE!! Your service has really gone downhill and continues to go downhill. Complaints used to be taken seriously and resolved timeously, now its like FNB does not give a damn about their clients!!
