No feedback, no calls no nothing

Bought a smart device over the FNB website in Jan and also app**** for insurance but only to find out last month that they are not taking the insurance and I have been calling them since last month but I am not getting any help from FNB, It is almost 2 months now calling them but still nothing seriously FNB if you can not help your customers then let us know. I am done calling them now because they are not helping.<br> <br> What is a person supposed to do? this is seriously frustrating if I knew I would have never bought this device from FNB, the service sucks.
