No Feedback / Long Calls unfruitful
I recently submitted a Debit order dispute claim for Skywise Airlines.

Skywise Airlines notified people that if a transaction was made by card, the matter should be handled by the bank. As a Premier Banking client, I thought that I'd get premier service when I needed it most!

Premier banking assured me that tickets that were bought for the recently grounded Skywise airlines would be paid back within 5-7 days after I submitted the dispute forms. The dispute forms were submitted on the 4th of January. An automated response was sent to me after submission saying I should follow up after 5 working days (which I did, to which they rep**** it will now take 5 to 7 days for a response ONLY). This complete waste of my phone time is completely unacceptable. I phoned Premier Banking today again and after 30 minutes on the phone, I still have no idea what's going on! So 7 days have passed, promises was made today that they'll reply before close of business, etc.

I now know that FNB really does not care about my business and thus am looking to take my banking elsewhere. For a bank that lost grounds in the market and other competitive banks moving in, you'd think that they'll care.
