No feedback in 2 weeks regarding account opening

I app**** a business account telephonically on the 12th October, 2015. Only get an email feedback two days later requesting all the necessary documentations. Documents were sent through a day after receiving the email but got no response in two weeks regarding status of account opening. I have been sending emails and calling the business desk call centre every single day, every consultant is telling me different and useless stories. I should have chosen other bank instead of FNB, wasted two weeks of my time.
