NO Feedback from the FNB ***** focus

I was ****med, and later decided to contact FNB, as the ******* was also using a FNB account, I spoke to a FNB agent who advised me on the process, i then went to the police, reported the matter, I sent all the necessary documentation, SAPS case number, recorded phone calls, there is still no feedback from FNB ***** focus
