No feedback from homeloan department
I would like to update plans for my house and the architect requested i ask FNB Homeloan department for a copy of the title deed as it is one of the requirements when submitting at the city council. I sent an email to my banker and he forwarded to the homeloan department. We havent received a response to date. My banker escalated the issue again and still no feedback. Can someone from the Homeloan department please contact me?
