no feedback from FNB consultants results in re-apply for studen loan
FNB ref - ********** Q [REF: ********** 0_ ********** 08] app**** for student loan December 2017, submitted forms, loan pre-approved submitted supporting documents as requested Jan 2018 still waiting for consultants to finalise phone FNB call center, online for 40 minutes to be told loan not approved because there was no contact for 10 days
