NO FEEDBACK FROM FNB

So I was ****med by Deluxe Hair studio an amount of R2300 in April . I ordered a weave from them and they did not deliver it up until today so I requested money reversal from FNB . MIND YOU these people are using FNB ACCOUNT . I was told to open a ***** case which I did and sent all information to the ***** investigator Beverly Nukeri I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP FROM THE 11TH OF MAY up until today I have not received any feedback from Beverly or anyone from FNB. perpetrators are getting away with ****** while we loose . FNB IS FAILING US AS THEIR CLIENTS !!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN WITH FNB FOR PLUS OR MINUS A DECADE BUT THIS IS THE SERVICE I GET .
