No feedback from FNB.

I urge FNB to go and listen to my phone conversation with Boniswa at FNB Card Collections on 10 November 2022 at 13:46-14:00 (as these calls are recorded for quality and control purposes). Please note that Boniswa was very understanding and that this is not a personal attack.

In this conversation of 14 minutes 10 seconds I patiently explained my situation for the umpteenth time in detail wherein I also made some crucial pleas. Yet again I did not get any feedback whatsoever. I honestly do not know what to do anymore.

The conversation speaks for itself as I also made reference to previous conversations and correspondence.

Secondly, I tried to contact FNB Legal on the phone number *** as supp**** to me by FNB Card Collections yesterday. The automated reply was that the number I had dialled is "unobtainable". I tried phoning about eight times with no success.

Thirdly, yesterday I went into an FNB branch in Randfontein to deposit cash into my credit card account. The branch was unable to find my account number on the FNB system. I wanted to pay the cash into my cheque account (of which the number I know) but they warned that I would pay a cash deposit fee. They suggested that I deposit the cash via the ATM as this would cost me ZERO charges. A bank employee even assisted me in doing this at the ATM. However, in spite of their assurances this morning I find that I have been charged R210 bank fees for this R1180 cash deposit.

I am trying my utmost to stay in touch and communicate and cooperate with FNB and ask for help but I honestly do not know what to do anymore. I am at my wits' end.
