No feedback from adter reporting *****

Ive reported ********** activities from my account 3weeks ago and haven't received any feedback as yet. In addition, i had to pay for replacing the card. On following up, I was told to wait for an investigator to contact me. Why is there such a delay? This is a huge inconvenience.
