No Feedback / False Information

I have complained twice over false advertising and have called numerous times to fnb. First I was told I don't have that cover, then I do have cover up to R2000. I was sent forms to complete which I returned. Then I was told I don't have cover. They claim to give free cover for retrenchment ( proudly advertised on their website and even on my statement) - and Loseph called me to explain only in the event of death or permanent disability. I asked he sends an email where this is confirmed as per the T's and C's, two weeks later - surprise surprise no email. I have already had such terrible service which he was aware of, why make it worse. Please arrange that his manager calls me. I do Not appreciate being **** to.
