No feedback

After over 3 years my father's late estate is still not finalized. We had feedback from Langa that everything is almost finalized and he requested documents from us (beneficiaries if the late estate) which were sent back and since then, it's been dead quite. Constant requests for feedback have been sent but, no word. Can we please have this file finalized and closed?
