No feedback excuses

There was a double debit order on my account FNB could not help me so I had to contact the company who debited my account they could not help me my bank should

So what does fnb do with a case of transaction which you don't know what it is or for who it was

I need that transaction revered and refused to take fnb lame excuse for not reversing my transaction
