NO FEEDBACK, EMPTY PROMISES

CAN I PLEASE HAVE FEEDBACK WITH REGARDS TO THIS ESCALATION THAT IS STILL PENDING FOR ALMOST A MONTH!!

I HAVE TO KEEP ON CALLING BACK AND NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPING

FNB ********** AND *****!!!

Good day Rahim Salamaan

With regards to ref nr. **********

No one came back to me and i had to call to ask what was happing with my refund.

I was helped by Refilwe on Sundy 090417 who just informed me that the they will refund R119.33. That was the amount for the sim card which i never wanted and did not authorised to be debited from my account. When i asked her what about the delivery fee of R89 that was also deducted she had no clue what i was talking about.

Im currently very irrated as this issue has been going on for the past 3 weeks.

So Refilwe puts me on hold, without even telling me why im holding. I work in a financial services enviroment and deal with disputes on a daily basis. i wasnt happy with her answer and asked to speak to manager and she told me there wasnt a mangager on the floor. This just made me more upset as i knew she was lying and i insisted to talk to a mangager. After being on the call for 15 minutes, Mpho took my call, this was after the second time i insisted on talking to a manager.

When i asked Mpho why im being **** to, he told me that i shouldnt say "you guys " as he has no part in it. According to me if you work for a company you are being associated with that company, so yes you are part of it.

He then informed me it takes 21 working days for refunds to be done.

So now i want to know:

Why was there unauthorised debits done on my account?

Why is NO ONE being helpfull wrt resolving it

Why is your staff lying (refunds takes 7 working days and then 21 working days, including Refilwe saying there is no managers on the floor)

Why am i not getting ALL my money back that was debited from my account. Ive explained numerous times the amount and im sure they saw it as well on my account.

RUDE MANAGERS (Mpo, knowing he has an irrating customer on the line, still says i shouldnt blame him)

Why no one get back to me with feedback on my issue

Im seriously considering not banking with FNB anymore, although i never had any problems with FNB before and was happy with the bank.

And i will tell everyone about my experience.

I dont see why i should be the one to call FNB to ask about refunds that has been deducted from my account without my consent nor my knowledge.

and now i have to wait "21 working days" to get that money back.

Im eagerly awaited responce, more so waited to get my money back

Apr 10, 2017
Official business reply:
Good day Ms. zoeybums101

Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention, I do apologize for the service experience thus far.
