No feedback

I was recently approved for a PC credit card. I did not apply for it the offer was already there approved which I confirmed. This was was last week Thursday since then Nothing has been done and the account is inactive. I was told that my individual certification forms were wrong and sent them 10 times and received no feedback. I try to chat to bankers via but as you type a message you just get transferred. This is really ridiculous. Like I said the offer was already there I did not apply for it. Since the no feedback I don't if it's an error or what. Poor communication and handling of the situation.
