NO FEEDBACK

I have app**** for a secondary card on my cheque account. I have to requested the card to be sent to my nearest branch which is Gezina. To date I have not received any correspondence whether the card is available for collection or not. I have also opened a youth account for my child and same as above, have not received feedback regarding when the card will be available for collection. Both requests have been made months ago. How long should I wait?
