No feedback/callback from online help-'Contact Us'

Will FNB please contact me regarding my homeloan? I have tried contacting the call centre numerous times and each time I am transferred to a different department that cannot answer a simple query that I have. The online 'contact us' submission is of no help as well as no one has contacted me in the past 48 hours. I feel like 'Steve' from ****bank even though I am with FNB - wth!
