No Feedback

On the 22nd I wrote a complaint regarding my temp loan from FNB , I received an email not even a phone call explaining to me what is the next step FNB is not taking me seriously, I think my next step is to go to ombudsman I have given FNB time today is the 8th of the new month what are a they really doing ,I would appreciate it if a get a feedback and way forward
