NO FEEDBACK

I went into the bank last Friday (29 Jan 2021) to deposit a cheque I received from America, the lady who assisted me Aneesa was not sure how to fill in the forms and that was okay as I was patient enough for the whole 2 hours I waited. She promised to call me back on Monday to confirm that the forms have been completed correctly and that it is sent off to Forex. Except today is Thursday, almost a week later and im still waiting for a call

No I cant call the branch as thats not a option according to FNB. How do you suppose I get hold of her? Am i suppose to drive all the way there and confirm this? Not only goes this cheque take 7 weeks to clear, it will now be a added week onto that!
