NO Feedback at all, Just excuses

Is there a zero-star rating as would like to give FNB this rating. Wrote a Hollopeter complaint 3 days ago and you won't believe that Lunga Bottoman and Nompumelelo Mgumundu got back to me but i have sent emails and again have gone quiet with no response. Nothing to say we are acknowledging or clarity, NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!Ridiculous. Please bank elsewhere I beg if you want to avoid losses and frustration. Thanks, FNB for ruining my business.......Maybe if I was not a foreign national, I would have had better treatment. I advised that I am in Zim and you can contact me via email or my Zim number. I came to SA to solve this and your investigator was AWOL
