No Feedback At All

Good day

I'm a former employee and have been trying to login to my FNBHR mobi profile but it requested I log a myQ ticket which I did last week and today with no assistance or follow up. I need all of my IRP5 tax returns from my period as an employee there and the HR person I contacted said they cannot send them to me over POPI. Can I please have them by close of business today please, I'm heading for a week without assistance.
