No feedback and messing customers around
I am appalled by the way fnb has carried out my credit card increase request. In October Fnb contacted me to say that I've been approved to increase my credit card limit. On agreeing, Fnb sent a quotation which I had to sign & to send 3 months pay slips. Explaining to the consultant that I am paid weekly & by 2 separate divisions, I was told to send only 1 month of pay slips for each division. documents were sent to Fnb on the 28/10/2015. I then did a follow up myself on the 1/12/2015, over a month later with no reply. A lady named Letty had then contacted me & informed me that Fnb is still currently awaiting the other pay slips as it is the norm to have 3 months. These outstanding documents were sent to her on the 4/12/2015. once again I had to do a follow up on the 17/12/2015. I have only been contacted today the 21/12/2015 to be told that fnb now needs to redo the quotation & that I will have to go through the whole process again.<br> This is completely pathetic for a bank to mess their clients around like this. I have been with fnb for about 15 years but every since my status has been changed to premier I now have these problems. i think its time to take my business some where else
