No feedback and failing to assist

FNB you promised to assist us with claiming my brothers in laws funeral policy. We explained when you called us that my mother's in law lives in pietermaritzburg and that we live in Cape Town. You promised that you would contact the investigating officer abd then sort this out. It's now been almost 2 weeks and you are just not getting back to us with feedback.
