No Feedback and Assistance

According to my Experian credit record I owe FNB for a loan which I took 2014, which is not true and incorrect, and I tried to resolve this and finally spoke with someone (Jenny) on Monday at FNB Law who assured me that the Admin department would contact me within 24 to 48 hours but no one has contacted me. This is after I struggled for almost 3 weeks to get to someone who deals with credit bureau matters at fnb. According to my credit bureau report I owe Fnb for a loan taken out back in 2014, and I've never taken out a loan nor do I owe anything. This is now on my credit record and has me listed as very high risk. I was told by Jenny that Admin would contact me and that my record will be updated within 10 days but no contact from Admin yet. This is infuriating because it's taken more than 3 weeks to get through to the right people and once again I'm made to wait and wonder what's happening!

Hi Daffnie Your consultant contacted me after your response and told me that he had personally given instruction to the credit bureau to correct the information on my credit profile. He asked me to wait 7 days for the amendment to appear and it is now past 7 days and the incorrect information remains. I contacted Experian this morning and they stated that no such instruction was received yet, and that they, Experian, sent an email to bureau queries at fnb on the 11 December and they've not had any response from FNB to date on the dispute they've lodged on my profile. Please can you follow up on this as this is very exhausting. I'm afraid this is the only forum I am guaranteed a quicker response because your normal channels may need me to wait another 24-48 hours. I'm sure you still have my details to look into this. Thanks S. Bishop

Hello Naomi Another week has now passed, it's basically the end of the year now, and I'm still trying to resolve this matter since the beginning of November. You handed this matter to the home loans department and the guy who's been trying to resolve it has not come back to me since I sent information this week. I sent another email on Thursday and still no response. I realise that he may be on leave but it's still frustrating because he didn't know who deals with credit bureau matters at Fnb, and it looks like I'll have to wait another 2 or 3 weeks for something tangible to come from this. I sent through the information he asked for and still no response to date. My credit profile remains the same: the short term loan I supposedly took out and never repaid is still affecting my credit score badly. The worst thing about this is that FNB has basically blacklisted me with incorrect information, and also refuses to give me home loan or any other financing based on the incorrect information. It's driving me insane! There has to be someone other than the administrator you handed this to who deal with credit bureau matters at FNB. There is an email address: ********** This is the email address I received from Experian and they've had no response from it since they contacted FNB on the 8th December. Please, I want to write here anymore. Or I will have to speak with FNB's senior or executive management. I can't wait another month for this to be resolved. It is unnecessary. Please can someone look into this properly? Please don't send me another response apologising. I just need you to resolve this.

Another 4 days later and not a single call from you, or the person you assigned this to!
