No feedback! Again!

I drafted a Will through FNB, I then dropped it off at the Bryanston branch on 26 June for safe custody, I was told that I will get feedback in a week, I was not surprised when I did not hear from them. I then emailed their Fiduciary team on 3 July and I have still not gotten feedback. If FNB cannot process my Will correctly, it frightens me to think of what will happen when I pass away. Can someone senior contact me and let me know if everything is in order.
