NO FEEDBACK AFTER A MONTH

I'm struggling to remove a listing FNB has of me stating that I am under debt review. They requested a clearance certificate. After contacting the debt review company, they said that they need a paid up letter for a FNB loan to reflect it is settled. I called FNB Loans around the 7th Jan and have not yet received this paid up letter?

I enjoy banking with FNB but this interaction has left me with a sour taste of their business. Maybe I should start looking for a bank that can give me better service.
