No Feedback after 48h - as per mail received

Have listed a complaint, the feedback came a consultant would respond within 24-48 hour. Well time has laps and no response, no mail no phone call no tex message, no post received.

Again this department (*****) has shown why i will complain till the end of time.

After 48Hour i will lock a complaint again and again.

let us see at the end who will receive performance bonus!!!!
