NO FEEDBACK AFTER 3MONTHS ON KYC DOCS
Even today,3months later when I have queried about the documents my mother sent you, no one from FNB has bothered to contact me or my mother regarding her kyc docs she submitted as she wanted to take a funeral policy with you. it shows unprofessionalism from your side FNB
