No feedback

Seems like FNB is now in the business of deliberately ignoring clients, if you want to lose clients well you doing a pretty great job at that. On August 14, 2020 I logged a compliant on ref#: ***NF and to date I have not received any feedback, just some generic email response. Don't know why I even bother, rather just move investments!!
