<p>ITS TOTALLY SHOCKING THAT A QUERY CAN TAKE ALMOST 2 WEEKS TO BE RESOLVED .I FIND IT TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE .I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS TO Rapoo, Tshepiso" ********** WHO DOES NOT EVEN BOTHER TO RESPOND OR GIVE FEEDBACK .IM STILL WAITING FOR GWEN HUGO TO CONTACT OR RESPOND TO MY REQUEST AS PROMISED BY TSHEPISO.</p>
