Fri 20 Mar 2015<br> FNB response: Kindly be advised that your comments have been escalated to the relevant manager to address this matter urgently.<br> ---<br> <br> But thanks to Online Banking Team, opened account online and a day later I was called and did everything over the phone, documents were emailed to me and all was professional and it felt good to work with people who know exactly what they are doing. Burgersfort Manager and his/her staff can learn a thing or two from the online banking team.<br> <br> Keep up the good work.
