App**** for a re-advance on a home loan which is almost paid up. App**** in November 2024, advance finally approved in late December 2024. I still have received no advancement. It will be 1 February in two days time.... no communication from home loan representative since last week Tuesday...... I now, according to the Home Loan call centre, because heaven forbid you contact the person dealing with our bond telephonically, complete a 6 page form to activate the bond.... excuse me but you have all the info already. I am so confused........
