no feedback
on the 15 nov 2019 i sent through a 40 day debit order reversal request as advised by the banker i chatted to for funds i want reversed that went off in September... To date i have not received any update or feedback regarding my reversal request and no one can tell me how far the process is. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GET BACK TO ME. i have the reference number everything.

02 Jan 2020, 11:57So i call the bank and speak to a consultant, he tells me that they didnt receive my request yet i have a reference number and email to show that i sent the request on the 15 nov ... im totally lost as no one even bothered to call me still
