2015 I bought a house and the previous owner did not fulfil his contractual obligations regarding the property. after several requests from him with no feedback, we then take the matter to FNB lawyers, since 2016. we have given the lawyers everything they wanted but there's never been a feedback nor progress on the case. this is now 4 years and my rights as a first time buyer are violated. I joined them to get justice on my cases but someone is failing. please assist
