Fnb customer service is pathetic and unprofessional.

I have been enquiring about ***** on my account and nothing is being done. I have been emailing and emailing and no reply have been communicated.

I do not know what to do regards this matter.

All I want is just updates and a refund.

This really makes me think about my decision and make I choose.
