I app**** for a Credit Card Limit increase on 12 February, due to email service levels taking 24 hours on responding to emails, I decided to call in to do the application on the phone. I spoke to a guy that went through all the details with me and told me that it will take 3-5 days for the money to reflect. I then received an email back from my original email sent advising that I first need to accept the quote and send in details, the first guy never told me that. I called FNB again to check and was told that I just need to send the quote - I did that. I then received an email much later advising that they need my payslip too - no problem, I sent it immediately. I have not heard from them since, yesterday I called again to ask what the status is and I was asked to resend my signed quote to a different email address because they couldn't find my original email. I'm still in the dark as to whether they even have my application and whether it's being processed. As a Platinum card holder, FNB is starting to break the trust relationship and my confidence in leaving everything in their hands in a timely manner.
