No response from FNB EVER. Seems like the only way of getting assitance is complaining on Hello Peter. What is the point of having a query system to log queries on if you dont respond?

So, if someone can please REPLY on the dosen queries i logged (i dont need to be phoned every second of the day as im not always able to chat over the phone, a simple email with an answer would be great) My Gold cheque account card is expiring end of Nov 2018, and i would like to know when i will be getting a new card? if someone can please let me know?
